Invitational classes are a chance to experience an introduction to a competitive world. These are strictly invite only. They give the gymnast a chance to develop at a faster pace to see if competitive gymnastics would suit them in the future.
We have a year long development plan to assess if the gymnast is competition ready.
Invitational – Men’s
Invitational – Women’s
Gymnasts will be invited to these invitational only classes based on skills and potential demonstrated in the recreational classes.
These are gymnasts that compete on a local, regional and international basis. Entry into the competitive programme is based on progress made through the invitational programme and also a trial.
